Depending on the type of project, Wadeware uses one of two primary project methodologies when working with clients. Each methodology provides our project teams with guidelines, processes, and tools – including collateral resources – to facilitate and integrate client feedback and complete projects in a timely manner. Our methodologies take a systematic approach to creating high-quality deliverables that address our clients’ needs.

We start the process by meeting with the client to determine their project objectives, work scope, deadlines, and resource availability. We then document this information in a Statement of Work (SOW) that we submit to the client for approval. Once the client approves the SOW, we engage team resources to complete the project deliverables in accordance with our methodology.
Wadeware uses the following methodologies, which are based on accepted principles, best practices, and standards in the IT industry.
Technical Documentation & IT Courseware Methodology
Our methodology starts with an outline of the project content that defines the scope, and then our team of technical writers, editors, and information designers begin drafting and refining the content deliverables. Read more about our Technical Documentation & IT Courseware Methodology.
Application Development & IT Infrastructure Methodology
Our methodology typically follows a set of phases to develop a functional specification, define the architecture, plan for implementation, conduct a pilot project, and provide training if necessary. Read more about our Application Development & IT Infrastructure Methodology.
