Technical Writer

Research, design, and develop technical information for online or print delivery to a variety of audiences and purposes. Responsibilities include:

  • Producing deliverables that comply with plan requirements
  • Obtaining technical information from stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Responding to editorial and reviewer feedback
  • Developing and testing complex user scenarios that show how to use the product being documented
  • Working effectively with program management, product marketing, and other internal customers as needed

Technical writers should have a solid understanding of a variety of IT concepts.

Custom Software Application Developer

Use Microsoft technologies to develop, implement, and maintain client solutions that support their critical business strategies. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating reusable code or components
  • Designing and developing custom software solutions
  • Designing and developing Web app parts
  • Designing and developing databases and Web interfaces

Developers should have experience with .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio.NET, XML, XSL, JavaScript, SQL and HTML.
